Registering for ION

Q. How can I register for ION?

A. You can register online at https://www.regonline.com/ion2008. Online registration will close one week before the conference or when the event completely sells out, whichever occurs first.

Q. How will I be notified that my registration is confirmed?

A. When you register online you will receive your confirmation email. You will also receive notifications about the event through our events updates newsletter, including information on new speakers, travel, and hotel arrangements.

Q. Can I register at the conference?

A. Due to limited space we can not guarantee that there will be onsite registration. Registering early will ensure your admission and signifantly reduce your fees.

Q. When do I receive my admittance badge?

A. Badges will be distributed on-site in the Registration area and at the welcome reception the evening before the conference. You must obtain your badge to be admitted into the Conference/Receptions.

Q. How does the press register?

A. Press attendance will be limited and preference will be given to our Media Partners. Other press passes issued will be distributed by the weight and relevance of the media portal to the focus of ION, industry awareness of the writer, and other factors. This process is both subjective and objective, and subject to Evergreen Events’ sole determination.

Promotion and Sponsorship Opportunities

Q. What are the Promotion & Sponsorship opportunities at ION?

A. Sponsorships are available from $500 to $20,000. Custom programs can be created to combine and add value to existing sponsorships. To plan your sponsorship, please contact Cynthia Freese 425.996.8478 or email cynthia [AT] ionconference [DOT] com.

Q. Can I get a list of press planning to attend ION?

Speaking at ION

Q. I am interested in speaking at ION. How do I submit a speaking proposal?

A. The Call for Speakers ended on January 21, 2008. Sign up for ION Connection to stay informed of when the Call for Speakers opens for ION 2009.

Q. I have a great product/service that your attendees would love to learn about! How do I get a speaking slot?

A. Session proposals submitted during ION's Call for Speakers should not be product or service pitches, and the Advisory Board reviews proposals which could be percieved as such very critically. ION does have a very limited number of sponsored sessions available to Diamond and Platinum level sponsors, and interested parties should visit the sponsorship page.
