Eric Goldman is an Assistant Professor of Law and Director of the High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara University School of Law. Before he became a full-time academic, he practiced Internet law for 8 years in the Silicon Valley. He teaches Cyberspace Law and Intellectual Property, and his research focuses on Internet and marketing law topics such as search engines, spam and user-generated content.
