Phil Adam

Mr. Adam has 25 years of executive management in the games space. He co-founded Spectrum HoloByte in the early 80s, serving as President and establishing a distribution network that drove revenue to over $10M within three years. Phil joined Interplay as VP of Sales/Marketing and Business Development, creating a distribution system that took a developer doing ~$2M revenue to self-distribution and ~$100M in annual revenue. Later he was largely responsible for a turnaround at Interplay, reducing debt from over $70M to less than $15M in nearly three years as President. Phil is a past Chairman of the Software Publishers Association (SPA) and has chaired the government affairs committee of the Interactive Digital Software Association (IDSA).
