Osma Ahvenlampi joined Sulake in 2003 to help the company launch and operate Habbo Hotel with a global footprint. Since then, his responsibilities have ranged from managing the production infrastructure to leading scale-up projects as well as coordinating process improvement and systems architecture across product development, operations and product management. He has 10 years of experience of leading software development teams across varying businesses such as publishing, financial software, games and social networking.
